During the holiday season, many parents like to show their appreciation to the incredibly hard working staff at North Phoenix Preparatory Academy. Deciding how to honor them can be overwhelming.
The Snowstorm program was developed through the guidance of the school and the Parent Service Organization. The Snowstorm Program gives families the opportunity to shower dedicated faculty and staff with gratitude in addition to a monetary gift and student notes. Rather than purchasing individual gifts, we ask that each family join us in a contribution towards a monetary gift.
All the donations will be pooled and distributed between all teachers and staff members. This allows everyone to be equally appreciated and simplifies holiday gift giving.
Staff members will receive their gifts during the Snowstorm luncheon in December.
The Snowstorm program is the only time that families will be asked to give a monetary gift to the teachers.
We encourage your entire family to write notes of gratitude and appreciation to your teachers or any member of the North Phoenix Prep staff. Have your student turn in their snowstorm envelope to the Snowstorm Box in the front office .
Please send your Snowstorm Gifts in by December 15th
As the holidays are approaching and you may be clearing out closets, we wanted to remind you to save your clothing and household items for our clothing drive in January. The drive will be held on Friday January 20th in the prep parking lot. More details to follow.
